My theory is that, of all the non-bandmembers and non-parents at MassArt on January 28th, 2006, I was the oldest. Yeah, I said non-parents: some of the people at this show were 9 years old, some younger, and these ones brought their parents. One of the band’s oldest members was 13.

Matt and I weren’t sure what to expect when we went to Great Scott on September 20th, 2005. I had seen Black Helicopter twice before and had only heard of Crank Sturgeon; he had only heard of Devil Music. Turned out to be wild.
